We use structural, stainless, and high-strength SS AB Docol^® steel with strength up to 2000 MPa. We routinely meet the highly specific requirements and different standards of domestic and foreign customers (Mercedes-Benz Group, Stellantis, Jaguar Land Rover, European rail vehicle manufacturers, etc.).

Production process

We provide a complete service starting from project preparation and mould production through to actual manufacturing, surface treatment, testing, and delivery to the customer. We work from both customer-supplied and our own documentation, bringing prototypes and semi-finished products through to completion. Larger pieces and deliveries are welded robotically, smaller ones manually.

Thanks to control over the entire production process, we are flexible regarding changes in requirements and express deadlines. This allows us to responsibly provide guarantees and continuously optimise our products.
