We offer resistance welding (spot and butt), TIG, MIG/MAG, and laser welding. Our facility is equipped with a Valk Welding automated station, as well as AWECO BPS 10.250 AV-DC and BPS 6.250 welding presses.

Resistance welding can be performed as either spot or butt welding. For seat reinforcements and similar applications requiring MIG/MAG welding, we use the Valk Welding automated station; for products with a high number of spot welds, we utilise AWECO BPS 10.250 AV-DC and BPS 6.250 automated systems.

In MIG/MAG welding, the joint is created by a filler metal. The heat is generated by an electric arc rather than by electrical resistance in the workpieces. The welding process takes place in a protective atmosphere (CO2). MIG/MAG technology is suitable for large, heavily stressed joints.

We use manual laser or TIG welding for products and semi-finished components with the highest demands for weld precision, where standard spatter, slag, and weld beads are unacceptable.
